Rafael Benitez is one of the solutions Roman Abramovich has to replace Carlo Ancelotti,  reveals the British from The Guardian. Spanish coach, who spent six years at Liverpool and won the Champions League in 2005, has not been to any other team since leaving  Inter in December. Rafa Benitez has publicly revealed he is interested to return as manager in the Premier League.

Benítez is a serious candidate and because of the relationship he has with Fernando Torres, being the man who brought him from Atletico Madrid to Liverpool. Benitez even said recently that the Spaniard could use very well the training of a Spaniard to exit the bad mood he is since coming to Chelsea. With Rafa Benitez, Fernando Torres has scored no fewer than 24 goals in his first season at Anfield, a premiere number for a player in his debut season in the Premier League.

Benitez: Torres is worth over 70 million pounds!

The former coach of Liverpool, Rafa Benitez, believes Chelsea made a great deal taking Torres paying less than 60 million euros.
"Fernando Torres is worth over 70 million pounds (80 million euros), and Liverpool has made a poor business"  said Rafa Bentez on Friday.

The former technician at Anfield, said that the Spanish striker had never left to Chelsea for the sum of 58 million euros if the Londoners would have made an offer when he was working at Liverpool.

 Benitez (50 years old) has coached Liverpool in 2004-2010, period during which the team shined in the Champions League, conquered  the FA Cup, but not the title, their best performance being second place in the 2008-2009 season .After Jose Mourinho's departure to Real Madrid, Rafa has accepted the challenge to coach Inter Milan, where he managed to stay only six months, being dismissed last December.

The Spaniard now says that he would accept to return sometime to Liverpool: "To coach this team is a dream for any self-respecting coach. For now, Kenny Dalglish makes a good job there, but if in future the club will need me I will respond positively." said Benitez.
