Video: After seven years Real qualifies for Champions League quarterfinals!

Real Madrid has not won a great performance, but avoided a disaster - that's how the coach Jose Mourinho has characterized the result of the Bernabeu on Wednesday evening.
";Any other result than the classification would have been a disaster. We should not be overly excited because I have access to the next round. We are Real Madrid, it is normal to qualify.", said the Portuguese after the game.

The generic goal of the  Brazilian quarterback Marcelo, who eclipsed even  C. Ronaldo with his technique, has opened the way to Madrid in the next phase, and,  in the second part Karim Benzema and Angel Di Maria  had also sanctioned a qualified and deserved  rematch for the disposal that Real suffered in front of the French last year in the same phase of the competition.

" It was not the case now, although Lyon is a strong team. We played very well but we controlled the match and deserved qualification.Now we are confidently waiting the draw on Friday, although we know that only strong teams have remained in the race, " added Mourinho.

 Asked if they prefer to avoid any enemy, Real Madrid's coach replied: "I would not want to play with Inter or Chelsea ,because of purely emotional reasons."
