According to the doctors, Frank Ribery's injury in the first round of Bundesleague is not as serious as it was initially thought , the French being able to come back after only two weeks.The French from Bayer Munchen's middle line passed this morning's exams, confirming that his injury from yesterday's match with Wolfsburg is just muscle stretch, that will keep him from playing for 15 days.
Ribery, who travels now by crutches is forced to total resting for 5 days, and after these days he can begin an easy workout.
The midfielder's previous accident happened on September 21 , 2010, when he sprained his ankle in the championship match against Hoffenheim (2-1), missing nearly two months.
Under the current circumstances, the technician Louis Van Gaal will be counting on Ribery's services only on January 29, when Bayern will play against Werder Bremen .
