According to some information from the Spanish press, the Dutch striker would be willing to contribute one million euros for Hamburg to let him play to Real Madrid.
After Higuain's serious injury, coach Jose Mourinho complains that he hasn't got a valuable striker in the team and argues with the manager of Real Madrid, Jorge Valdano, to transfer him a valuable striker,a title he refuses to give to Benzema. Mourinho has his eye on Ruud Van Nistelrooy, the prolific Dutch striker who scored 46 goals in 68 matches for Real Madrid before his transfer to Hamburg.
But the German club's management refuses for now to take into consideration the offer of Real Madrid, for the reason that Hamburg requires the veteran striker's services to get one of the first four places in the Bundesliga, the ones sending to Champions League.
If negotiations with Hamburg will not bring any results, the Spanish will turn their attention on Tottenham's striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
For the summer, they have laid eyes on two other players at Spurs, Gareth Bale and Luka Modric. For those two, Real's leadership prepares an unbeatable offer, 115 million divided as follows: the Gaelic 80 million, 35 million the Croat.
Van Nistelrooy would pay to play on Bernabeu again!
