Syed Ali Ahsan, Racing Santander's new owner, wants to confront Spain's champions , Real Madrid and Barcelona. The Indian businessman, who has a fortune estimated at around 10 billion euros, says there is room for a third super power in Spain.

Pleasantly surprised by Racing Santander's last minute victory  against Seville, Ali Ahsan promises to his fans he will build a great club: "When you talk about the Spanish championship, the first things that come to your mind are Real Madrid and Barcelona. As I said before, I will give everything for Racing to grow in the world of football. I'm sure there is room for us too. " 

Even if his fortune is estimated, the 35 years old businessman from the other billionaires in the Premier League. The Indian Ashan says he will not throw huge amounts on transfers, primarily seeking talented players at reasonable prices: "There are many possibilities through  we can compete with Barcelona and Real Madrid.In the summer we will bring many talented players. I want this club to grow slightly, over time, but powerful. I do not want to be aggressive on the transfer market. " 
Interesting is that Syed Ali gave the same statements when  existed the possibility to take on Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2010. He said then that he wants to form a team to compete with for first places in the Premier League.
