After the draw of yesterday, two big clubs in England will duel in Champions League quarterfinals. Chelsea and Manchester United will have to play one against the other to get the qualification in the semifinals at the competition.
Old Trafford club secretary John Alexander said he was disappointed with the draw and said it was a shame that Manchester will have to face the rival Chelsea in the quarterfinals.
"It's a pity that English teams were drawn together. We have a good record against British clubs in European cups and I am sure that Sir Alex Ferguson will be prepared. Both teams have chances to win both the Champions League and Premier League. We just wanted to avoid a meeting with Barcelona. " said Alexander.
The winner from the two will play in the semifinals against the winner between Inter Milan and Schalke 04.
