Lukaku, close to Chelsea. Liverpool changes the team!

Premier League prepares for the new season. With Manchester United almost crowned champion , rivals Chelsea and Liverpool prepare for the rematch. Thus, the Russian Roman Abramovich prepares to change lines at Chelsea . Londoners first transfer will be that  of the 18 years old striker Romelu Lukaku , the Belgium from Anderlecht Brussels.

Lukaku is seen as the perfect replacement for the Ivorian Didier Drogba, who is in a drop shape. However, the chapter  "Departures" has more names: Malouda and Anelka are first, followed by Paulo Ferreira, Bosingwa and Iuri Jirkov. The money obtained can be a part of  Lukaku's transfer fee : 21 million euros, says Gazzetta dello Sport. On the other hand, Liverpool has a much more layered acquisitions list.The strategy of the "cormorant" is focused on elements of the British island: Dalglish wants only the British.

First  is the most controversial name:Joey Barton, the midfielder from Newcastle. Dalglish wants evil in the midfield, and Barton, known for his aggressiveness, is the ideal choice. Its price: € 6 million. Besides Barton, Liverpool wants Phil Jones from Blackburn , Charlie Adam from Blackpool, Ashley Young from Aston Villa and Stuart Downing  from Aston Villa.
