Maradona: "From respect for Leo I will not say if he is better or I was better."

Diego Maradona said that history will decide who is best footballer in history between him and Lionel Messi, according to an interview with Clarin.

"I ended my career, Messi builds his now. In the end, history will decide who is better between Maradona and Messi. There is no Maradona or Messi, we are two Argentines,",  said Maradona. Champion of Italy in Naples in 1987 and 1990,the former world champion  seems to have an opinion on this theme: "From respect for Leo I will not say if he is better or I was better. I leave him alone."

Maradona believes  the 23 years old player , Olympic champion, twice winner of the Golden Ball (2009, 2010), double champion of Spain (2009-2010), winner of the Champions League (2009) .. . "Is much more complete".
