Problems in Manchester! Nani is injured and will miss a few stages!

Manchester United was defeated without appeal (1-3) in the derby against Liverpool in the Premier League's last stage, but the three points are not the only problem of Sir Alex Ferguson. United lost for the next period one of the most in form players this season, midfielder Nani. The Portuguese suffered an injury in the first half of the match at Anfield, following a hit of the dangerous veteran Jamie Carragher and will not evolve into FA Cup quarter-final , that "the red devils" will play against Arsenal at Old Trafford. Nani will not be recovered neither for the Champions League encounter with Marseille on Tuesday and the Portuguese's return is expected  after the  next weekend match against Bolton.

"The good news is that we were able to discover Nani's problem . We must be careful that his injury doesn't get  worse, but I do not think the Portuguese will be recovered for the dispute with Bolton, "said Alex Ferguson, clearly affected by Nani's absence.

 Ferguson has confirmed he can not rely nor Rio Ferdinand and Park Ji-Sung for the game in FA Cup, the two are not completely recovered from some old injuries. The good news for "the red devils" manager comes from Valencia,the Ecuadorian playing a game with  school during this week and looking ready for fierce duels with defenders in the Premier League.

Ferguson does not want to risk regarding Valencia: "Antonio is hard to be used now due to prolonged absence. There is a question mark about the time of his return, but surely it will not be Saturday. We hope to see him  as soon on the field ." added the Scot.

Mourinho: "It will be very hard without Ronaldo!"

The coach of Real Madrid, Jose Mourinho, admitted Saturday in a press conference that the potential of his team dropped after the injury of Cristiano Ronaldo, who will be unavailable for 15 days.

"Cristiano is Cristiano, he is a far too important  player to say that we will not feel his absence or we will have the same potential,let's not be hypocrites.We have other players, though, motivated to give everything on the field, and Ronaldo's absence does not change our goal. The Racing match will be difficult, with a team that is motivated, with confidence and who plays well at home. But the goal will not change, it will be harder without Cristiano, but we are confident that we will achieve our goal.", said Mourinho.

The Portuguese striker was injured in the match against Malaga on Thursday night, score 7-0, and will be unavailable between 10 and 15 days.The Portuguese aged 26years suffered a left thigh muscle injury. He left the field in the 76th minute, after he scored the third goal in the match with Malaga.

Cristiano Ronaldo "broken"! See how much he will stay away from the field!

Real Madrid's coach thought after the match against Malaga (7-0 for Real) that Cristiano Ronaldo's injury was an easy one. The striker came on the ground in the 76th minute, immediately after he scored the third goal in the guests gate, complaining from a sharp pain in the leg.
"I got injured when I scored the third goal. I did not want to risk anything, considering the important matches waiting for us,so I immediately asked to be changed. I do not think I could play on Sunday against Racing Santander, ", said Ronaldo after the final whistle.

A medical examination confirmed Friday that the star needs a recovery of 10-15 days, so he will miss the games with Santander and Hercules and we don't know yet if he will be on the ground in the return with Olympique Lyon in the Champions League,  match scheduled on March 16th on the Bernabeu.

 Mourinho could bet in the week-end game  on the strikers couple Emmanuel Adebayor - Karim Benzema, the two playing together for the first time with Malaga, match in which the Frenchman scored a double.
