Guardiola tempted to coach Inter ! Will Pep break up with Barcelona ?

Pep Guardiola is willing to break up with FC Barcelona if Inter Milan would launch him the challenge to lead the team from  San Siro, said Luis Suarez, the former midfielder of the national team of Spain , who spent an important part of his career at Inter, so as a footballer and as  a coach. "Pep's cycle in Barcelona is close to the end. I'm sure he will go to Inter in the summer.I spoke with him on it in December and I know he can not refuse the president Moratti.",said Suarez, 76 years old.

The venerable insisted he has not consulted with anyone from the club of Milan, where he trained in three occasions, the last time in 1995, Inter being the last team he prepared  before retirement. " I know Pep for a long time and I know he wants a new challenge, and Inter is the perfect challenge for him. I am convinced that he would do well in Italy, but ultimately the decision is of those from Milan. What I can say for sure is that Guardiola would not refuse", claimed the one who the fans called  Luisito. He played for FC Barcelona in the '50s and then   nine seasons for Inter Milan, and then ended his career in Series A,at  Sampdoria in 1973. Two years later, Suarez made his debut as coach at Inter , and meanwhile he led teams like Sampdoria, La Coruna Spain or national.

Italian press takes for granted the separation of Inter from the actual  coach, Leonardo, when the championship ends, and Guardiola would be,  informal, the first choice of club management. The Catalan won everything possible with Barcelona, and in the actual season is close to a new title in Spain and a Champions League triumph ,  Messi and his company going to dispute the final at Wembley against Manchester United.

Chivu stays at Inter! Napoli doesn't afford the player's salary !

Italian newspapers recently wrote that Inter could let go  Chivu at the end of this season, as a consequence of the quarterback's low developments that has had in recent games. Following these rumors emerged  the option of a transfer to Napoli, who wants to strengthen the defense department for a likely participation in the Champions League.

Victor Becali, footballer's agent, believes the chances are minimal to achieve this transfer because the defender has a high salary, that the team in southern Italy can not afford. "These are just rumors, don't have nothing true in it. Chivu has a very high salary, and a transfer to Napoli is irrelevant. They can't afford to pay Chivu's salary . In Naples there is no player to have the money of Cristi", said Victor Becali.

Cristi Chivu is on his way out! See what team team wants him!

The defender Cristian Chivu of Inter Milan is the on list of acquisitions of Naples band that wants to strengthen the defensive department for a likely participation in the Champions League.

"Able to serve as a central defender or left defender, Chivu would be an ideal solution for the defense in five of Mazzarri. Grouping Inter would be willing to sell the Romanian in case of an offer, especially when they are planning a reworking of the lot next season.",wrote Corriere dello Sport. Italian press has recently written that Inter could give up on Chivu at the end of this season, for the  low developments that he has had in recent games.

Also, the media noted that Naples wants Stefan Radu from Lazio, which evolves as left fullback position. Cristian Chivu's current contract expires in the summer of 2012. The Romanian has been transferred to Inter in the summer of 2007 from AS Roma. Naples is the third in Serie A with 65 points after 34 rounds of 38. The squad coached by Walter Mazzarri has five points ahead of the fourth ranked, Lazio, and will play in the Champions League if he finishes in the top three teams at the end of the season.

Moratti:"Mourinho is not coming at Inter!"

Italian press believes that the days of Leonardo on Inter's bench  are counted and they advance  Jose Mourinho's name as a replacement for the Brazilian. Although the Portuguese has a three-year contract with Real Madrid, rumors about his return to San Siro have gained more consistency after the coach enrolledhis children  this week at a school located near the training ground of Inter.

 Even if it is a preliminary record, the fact itself shows that Mourinho would be willing to work again at Inter. The school is located 30 km from the training camp at Appiano Gentile, and "Mou's" children  have studied there in 2008-2010, when their father drove Inter to the heights of success . Rumors have been fired also by the team's captain, Javier Zanetti, who said: "Jose Mourinho has always the doors open at Inter".
In the past weeks, however, Mourinho has insisted he is happy at Real and that wants to carry out the contract, and if he has to leave, he would prefer England.

In addition, Inter's president Massimo Moratti insists that the return of the Portuguese is not an issue that must be took into consideration and is satisfied by Leonardo, despite the poor results lately. "I've seen what papers have written, there is nothing true. We have a coach who does well in my opinion, although is not easy. The  disappointing results came as a consequence of the fatigue, I say, not because of Leonardo's tactical decisions.", claimed Moratti.

The Italian tycoon's statement  only strengthen the rumors of the imminent dismissal of the Brazilian technician, Moratti making a similar statement one day before firing  Rafael Benitez,   Leonardo's predecessor.

Inter is trying to wash the shame of the tour!

Benitez: Torres is worth over 70 million pounds!

The former coach of Liverpool, Rafa Benitez, believes Chelsea made a great deal taking Torres paying less than 60 million euros.
"Fernando Torres is worth over 70 million pounds (80 million euros), and Liverpool has made a poor business"  said Rafa Bentez on Friday.

The former technician at Anfield, said that the Spanish striker had never left to Chelsea for the sum of 58 million euros if the Londoners would have made an offer when he was working at Liverpool.

 Benitez (50 years old) has coached Liverpool in 2004-2010, period during which the team shined in the Champions League, conquered  the FA Cup, but not the title, their best performance being second place in the 2008-2009 season .After Jose Mourinho's departure to Real Madrid, Rafa has accepted the challenge to coach Inter Milan, where he managed to stay only six months, being dismissed last December.

The Spaniard now says that he would accept to return sometime to Liverpool: "To coach this team is a dream for any self-respecting coach. For now, Kenny Dalglish makes a good job there, but if in future the club will need me I will respond positively." said Benitez.
