Chelsea risks being excluded from Europe because of the transfer of Torres!

 Torres transfer to Chelsea not only shocked England but also shocked the people at UEFA. Chelsea could suffer very drastic measures.
UEFA implemented starting this season, a system through which the losses of a club are limited:  for three years, the club may have losses  no more than 45 million euros, or to the contrary they could be excluded from Europe.
Chelsea has paid around 60 million euros for Torres's transfer, but losses in last season were about 83 million euros.
An insider from UEFA described the atmosphere of the European Forum: "What is happening is not good. It is a worrying sign."
